How organizations may display the Quiet AI mark and result.

Who may use the mark

An organization with a current, valid Quiet AI result may display the mark for the level it holds, for the duration of the result's validity.

How to display it

Use the mark for your level without altering its colors, proportions, or wording, and keep adequate clear space around it. Where feasible, link the mark to your public verification record so anyone can confirm it.

What is not permitted

• Implying accreditation, legal compliance, government endorsement, or a pass or fail.
• Displaying the mark after it has expired, or after suspension or revocation.
• Using a level higher than the one you hold.
• Using the mark to disparage another organization.

Listed tier

A Listed result must always be shown as self-attested and never described as verified or certified.

Term and enforcement

The licence to use the mark is limited and revocable. Misuse may result in revocation. The marks remain owned by Diaz Industries Incorporated.
