Prove your AI is governed, before anyone asks.
When a client questionnaire, a vendor review, or a regulator asks how your AI is governed, you answer with a document, not a meeting. An independent, evidence-based review, scored out of 100, delivered as a board-ready AI Trust File™ in 5 to 20 days.
Think of it as a SOC 2 for AI: an independent trust mark for how you govern the AI you build and use. Not an accredited audit, and we say so plainly.
Named obligations, by jurisdiction.
European Union
Article 50 transparency applies since 2 August 2026 to customer-facing AI reaching EU users, wherever the company sits. Marking of synthetic content for systems already on the market is due 2 December 2026.
United States
No federal AI statute. The pressure is private: security questionnaires, led by SIG 2026, added AI governance sections, generative-AI exclusion endorsements took effect in January 2026, and New York City requires an annual independent bias audit of automated hiring tools.
Canada and Quebec
OSFI Guideline E-23 has banks and insurers examining their vendors' AI governance ahead of 1 May 2027. Quebec's Law 25, article 12.1, requires disclosure of automated decisions, with administrative penalties to $10M or 2%.
Mexico
No general AI law, and obligations anyway: algorithmic management duties for digital platforms since June 2025, written consent for AI voice and image cloning since May 2026, and a right to oppose significant automated decisions under the 2025 data protection law.
Research summaries with dates, not legal advice. A review documents your governance; the evidence answers whoever is asking.
Don’t take our word for it. Read one.
Every review produces an evidence record a board, regulator, or buyer can actually use. It shows what was reviewed, what was verified, what could not be verified, what gaps remain, and the actions to take next. Findings are cited to specific evidence. Scores never exceed their maximum.
Read the sample AI Trust File™ →A score, not a verdict.
Quiet AI does not pass or fail anyone. Every review returns a score out of 100 that reflects one thing: the strength of the governance we found in the evidence. The tier you commission sets how deeply we look. The two are reported separately, and neither is for sale.
Four pillars. One hundred points.
The Quiet AI Standard evaluates governance across four pillars, scored on a transparent 100-point scale. The framework is published, so you can judge our rigor for yourself.
Data integrity
Human infrastructure
Experience & transparency
Privacy & security
A disciplined review, start to finish.

Your board-ready AI Trust File™, a verifiable result on the public registry, and the badge, in 5 to 20 days.
Choose your depth of review.
The tier you select sets how deeply we examine your AI governance. It is what you commission, not a grade. Each level builds on the one below it.
Gold is the flagship. Deeper tiers examine more evidence. They are not a higher bar to clear. Fees are published in USD; every result is valid for twelve months, with renewal fees in the full fee schedule. The founding cohort is open: the first five organizations in the registry receive Platinum-depth examination at the Gold fee.
Proof that holds up, today and years from now.
When your review is complete, the result becomes a permanent, independently verifiable record, bound to your domain and anchored on a public ledger so that no one, not even us, can quietly alter it.
Time-stamped
It captures exactly where your governance stood on the day it was reviewed.
Independently verifiable
A customer, investor, or regulator can confirm it themselves. No wallet or crypto knowledge needed.
Permanent record
If a question ever arises, past or future, you can always prove when you were reviewed by Quiet AI.
A fraction of what it protects.
The deals that matter increasingly come with a question attached: can you show your AI is governed? When the answer is silence, contracts stall, vendor reviews fail, and tenders go to competitors who came prepared.
Procurement and tenders
AI-governance evidence is moving from nice-to-have to prerequisite. A documented result keeps you eligible.
Vendor and security review
Your customer's risk team will ask how your AI is governed. Answer with a file, not a fire drill.
Investor due diligence
A clean, independent result reads as operational maturity, and removes a question from the room.
For the executive accountable for AI, it is documented diligence: evidence that you acted before anyone asked you to.
Evidence you can hold.
The AI Trust File™
A board-ready evidence record. Every pillar scored against verified evidence, every gap named, with the steps to close it.
A verifiable token
Your result, sealed on-chain and published in the public registry. Tamper-proof and time-stamped.
The mark
A digital badge for your site. At Platinum, an engraved badge and framed result; at Diamond, a crystal mark.
Your Trust Center
A branded page that shows the world how you govern AI. Built for you, or monitored if you already have one.
From the first page to the object on your shelf, the result is made to be shown.
A home for your governance story.
A Trust Center is a single branded page that answers, for any customer or investor, how your organization governs AI. We offer it at every level, matched to where you are.
Your Trust Center
Most organizations at this level have no Trust Center yet. We build yours, worded to reflect your level of verification.
Your Trust Center
Larger organizations often already have one. We review it and keep it current, with verified Quiet AI results.
Once reviewed, the seal is yours to show.
Organizations that complete a review may display the Quiet AI mark on their site, materials, and proposals, governed by our trademark usage terms. Each level carries its own seal.
An institution, not an opinion.
Quiet AI is a private standards body. Reviews are produced by a diagnostic engine and signed by the Quiet AI Standards Committee. Every flagged finding, every material omission, and every result is reviewed before a file is issued.
We are deliberately precise about what a review is, and what it is not. A Quiet AI result documents governance practices aligned with referenced frameworks. It is not legal advice, regulatory compliance certification, or a guarantee against enforcement. That discipline is the point.
