Review Limitations
What a Quiet AI review is, what it is not, and how it may be relied on.
What a review is
A Quiet AI review is an AI-assisted, reviewer-signed, evidence-based diagnostic of an organization's AI governance, at the depth of the tier purchased, at a point in time, and within a defined scope.
What a review is not
A review is not legal advice, a regulatory compliance certification, a government approval, an ISO or accredited certification, or an insurance product. It is not a guarantee against regulatory action, and it does not certify the safety or performance of any AI system.
Reading the score
The score is a diagnostic, not a pass or fail. It reflects the depth of evidence examined, and reviewer confidence is reported separately.
Reliance
A result may be relied on only as a point-in-time review within its stated scope and tier.
Your responsibility
You remain solely responsible for your own legal and regulatory compliance. A result may be suspended or revoked if circumstances change. See Governance.
