Terms of Service
The terms that govern your use of this site and the Quiet AI review service.
Acceptance
By using this site or submitting an application, you agree to these terms. If you are applying on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorized to do so.
The service
Quiet AI™ is a private standards body offering an AI-assisted, reviewer-signed diagnostic review of AI governance, resulting in an AI Trust File™. It is not an audit, an accreditation, legal advice, or a regulatory compliance certification. See Review Limitations.
Application and fees
Applying is free and commits you to nothing. We confirm the review level that fits your organization and send your fee and payment options. Prices are in US dollars. Fees are due before the review begins and are non-refundable working capital. Payment methods include card (Stripe), wire, EFT, and SPEI.
Intellectual property and the mark
The Quiet AI Standard, this site, our reports, and our marks are owned by Diaz Industries Incorporated. On completing a review, you receive a limited, revocable licence to display your result and the Quiet AI mark in accordance with the Trust Mark Usage Rules.
Your responsibilities
You confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to submit it. You remain solely responsible for your own legal and regulatory compliance in every jurisdiction in which you operate.
Suspension and revocation
A result may be suspended or revoked if it was based on materially inaccurate information, or if circumstances change so that the recorded result no longer holds. See Governance.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided on an as-is basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability to you is limited as far as is legally defensible, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, and disputes are subject to the courts located there. Mandatory consumer protections in your own jurisdiction, where they apply, are not affected. We ask that you first contact us to resolve any concern in good faith.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
