Public-sector and multi-entity engagements are scoped individually. Government bodies are treated at the Platinum band or above, and non-profits are assessed on the same method at the Gold or Platinum band.
Recommended bands by annual revenue: under $2M USD, any level; $2M to $20M, Gold or Platinum; $20M and above, Platinum or Diamond. The recommendation protects the credibility of the result; commissioning above your band is always open.
Every result is valid for twelve months. Renewal: Listed $290, Silver $1,400, Gold $3,900, Platinum $9,600; Diamond renewal is included in its continuous coverage. The free reading is self-assessed out of 20; every review is scored out of 100, twenty-five points per pillar.
